Cait’s 2015 Clubhouse Sale Preview

I hope you didn’t blow your holiday shopping budget on Black Friday and Cyber Monday because the Brewers Clubhouse Sale is coming up this weekend and they’ve got some great deals for every fan on your list.

The popular shopping event is held in the Visitors Clubhouse and will be open to the public Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. New this year, the sale will also be open on Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Today, I got a sneak peek and I’m going to share my finds with you. Think of me like your advance scout for the sale.

Two things you’ll want to take note of right off the bat:

  • This year, the sale is organized primarily by SIZE, making it easier than ever before to scour the racks for the best bargains.
  • There is also a new pricing system in place at the sale. Instead of items being marked with special sale stickers, instead you will see a color code on the item. These colors indicate the new discounted price. Don’t worry, it will be easy to figure out, as the color codes will be posted all around the space. The best part? This pricing starts at just $.99 for some novelty items. Yep, that’s right. There are some really great bargains this year!

Okay, let’s get to the fun stuff.

One thing you won’t be able to miss when you walk through the Visitors Clubhouse is the big table full of Player Name + Number tees (or “shirseys” as folks sometimes like to call them).

We’ve had a few roster moves over the last couple of months and the Team Store is looking to move the extra inventory. Tees featuring former players, like Carlos Gomez pictured below, are just $4.99.

Player Tees start at just $4.99.

Player Tees start at just $4.99.

But it’s not just former Brewers players tees that are discounted–you’ll also save on older style tees of current players, meaning you can score a Ryan Braun or Jean Segura tee for just $9.99.

Similarly, Sausage Name + Number tees are just $9.99 as well.

If real jerseys are more your style, then you’re also in luck!

We’ve got blank replica jerseys starting at $39.99, blank authentic jerseys starting at $75 and game-used player jerseys starting at $100. You’ll find a mix of styles, including specialty jerseys such as those worn on St. Patrick’s Day, Cerveceros Day and our Negro Leagues Tribute Game.

One cool offering at the sale this year is the ability to purchase a game-used baseball for just $15. Fans can go online and type in the authentication number and find out the story behind the baseball. I’m told that mixed in among foul balls are balls that were hit by guys like Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy.

Fans can purchase "mystery baseballs" at the Sale and go online to find out the story behind the ball.

Speaking of authentic, game-used items, the Authentics section is always one of the most popular spots at the Clubhouse Sale. They’ve got everything from balls, plaques and bats to locker nameplates, bases and hats. These items are extremely limited, so I recommend getting there as early as possible to get the best selection on these items.

Perhaps you have a fan cave at home and want to dress it up with some unique decor? We’ve got signs that have been used in the Team Store and around the ballpark available starting at $5.

There truly is something for everyone at the Brewers Clubhouse Sale, from infants to adults.

There is a large selection of infant and toddler gear at the sale again this year. Items start at $9.99.

Guys: You’re going to be overwhelmed by the selection this year–they’ve got everything from t-shirts and hoodies to golf shirts and sweaters.

And don’t worry, ladies, you’re certainly not left out! Hoodies, t-shirts, tanks and more await you.

Here are a couple of things that caught my eye:

Win a Copy of the 2015 Brewers Yearbook Signed by Bob Uecker

Similar to yearbooks in years past, this season’s Milwaukee Brewers yearbook is chock-full of over 150 full-color pages of beautiful Brewers photos, fun facts and historical information.

However, the 2015 Milwaukee Brewers Yearbook is highlighted by a feature on Bob Uecker, who is celebrating 60 years in professional baseball this year.

The article is written by Brewers beat writer Adam McCalvy.

Brewers Yearbook Uecker

A collector’s item that is ideal for autographs, the Brewers yearbook is now available for just $10 (an absolute steal!) and also makes a great gift idea for the Brewers fan who has everything.

Fielder Named Top Dog in Dawg Days of Summer Promotion

The results of the Brewers Team Store by Majestic’s Dawg Days of Summer promotion are in and Fielder was named top dog in this year’s contest.

Fielder

Fielder was named Top Dog in this year’s contest.

He and his owner, Tanya Russell, made an appearance on the field prior to Sunday’s game at Miller Park.

Entrants submitted photos of their dogs dressed in Brewers gear to the Team Store; after much deliberation, the top five dogs were selected by a panel of judges. Those photos were then shown on the scoreboard for a final vote by the fans, where Fielder was declared the grand prize winner.

Fielder and Tanya received a $250 shopping spree at the Brewers Team Store by Majestic and a deluxe puppy prize pack filled with Brewers gear!

The four runner-up canines below will each receive a $100 shopping spree and a special puppy prize pack.

Cait’s 2014 Clubhouse Sale Preview

I’m not quite sure how it is December already, but it is. I’m nowhere near ready for the holidays, but thankfully, the Brewers Clubhouse Sale is this weekend, so I can make a dent in my shopping!

The sale, held in the Visiting Clubhouse, is open to the public Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and features some amazing deals.

Today, I got a sneak peek and I’m going to share my finds with you. Think of me like your advance scout for the sale.

When you first walk in to the Clubhouse, on your right you’ll notice this display.

Brewers Grab Bags

For $75, fans can purchase a grab bag containing a Brewers jersey! How fun is that?

You’ll also notice the Brewers holiday items that are available for sale. Trim your tree with all sorts of Brewers ornaments, including high heeled shoes, snowflakes, sleds, sweaters and more. These types of items always make great stocking stuffers, too. Or, you can get really creative and tie one on to another gift as part of the wrapping–two gifts in one!

IMG_8832

There truly is something for everyone at the Brewers Clubhouse Sale, from infants to adults.

I love, love, love little tracksuits on kids. I don’t know why, but I think they are just so adorable. Anyway, this set from Adidas is available in both the current and retro colors/logos for $35.

A couple of years ago, I had picked up one of these for my goddaughter, Makena, and she loves it. Isn’t she cute?

But I digress, if tracksuits aren’t your kids’ style, there are plenty of other youth and toddler items available, as well as infant items, too.

IMG_8845 IMG_8828

Guys: You’re going to be overwhelmed by the selection this year–they’ve got everything from t-shirts and hoodies to golf shirts and sweaters. And of course, plenty of jerseys, too!

And don’t worry, ladies, you’re certainly not left out! Hoodies, t-shirts, tanks and more await you.

Here’s one thing that caught my eye immediately:

IMG_8837

Are you familiar with Victoria’s Secret PINK MLB Collection? If not, you should be! In my opinion, they offer some of the cutest options since the brand really understands the female customer. I already own this “Play Ball!” t-shirt, otherwise I would have snapped it up for just $15. There are other PINK brand offerings at the sale as well.

If PINK isn’t your style (or like me you already have all of it), there are plenty of other items to choose from, some that are the color pink!

IMG_8855

Looking for outerwear? Here are a couple of items guaranteed to help you bridge the gap until the Boys of Summer return:

In terms of head wear, there are a plethora of Brewers caps available…

…as well as your more unconventional:

IMG_8831Love this Brewers trapper cap from 47 Brand for the winter. All you need are some goggles and you’re that “I like the Wizard of Oz” kid from “A Christmas Story.” These are selling for $20 at the sale. (Note: If you buy one, please be sure to email me a photo of you wearing it at caitcoversthebases@Brewers.com or Tweet it to me @CMoyer. I’ll put together a gallery if we get enough, so fun!)

Of course, Brewers Authentics has a huge presence at the event. They were still setting up when I went down there, I saw plenty of game-used baseballs from $15, game-used bats from $35, game-worn caps from $15 and game-worn jerseys from $50. The Authentics section is always one of the most popular spots at the Clubhouse Sale and items are extremely limited, so I recommend getting there as early as possible to get the best selection on these items.

IMG_8844

All kinds of memorabilia can be found at the sale, including Locker Name Plates and Batting Helmets.

IMG_8847

We create tons of signage to promote various items & events all year long. Score one of these unique pieces to add something different to your Fan Cave, starting at just $2!

ANNNNDDDD…. While you’re shopping for merchandise, you can also pick up other Brewers-themed gifts for the fans on your list, including the 2015 Brewers Kids Club Kit .
