Kip Moore Rocked Miller Park on Country Night
On Saturday night, country music star Kip Moore was in the house for a postgame concert following the Brewers vs. Pirates game, presented by 94.5 KTI Country.
Kip dropped by the Fox Sports Wisconsin booth where he chatted with Matt Lepay and Bill Schroeder about a number of topics, including, of course, baseball.
Kip, who grew up rooting for the Braves, said he’s always loved baseball and it runs in his family–his grandfather played minor league baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals alongside the likes of Stan Musial.
Following his time on TV, Kip attended a meet and greet with fans in the 2011 Brewers Suite before returning to his green room to finish watching the game and prepare for his set.
After the game, fans who had purchased on-field passes streamed on to the base path between first and third to take in the show from a very cool vantage point. Approximately 30 minutes later, Kip took the stage, where he put on an amazing show. He even ran from his stage behind second base all the way to the Visitors’ dugout, where he hopped on top for some hugs and dancing with fans in the stands during his Double Platinum breakout hit, “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck.”
Here are some photos from the show:
Thanks to Kip for coming out to Miller Park and putting on such a great show!
