MILLER PARK HOMESTAND HIGHLIGHTS: JUNE 24–30

The Brewers return home tonight to take on the Washington Nationals at 7:10 p.m. This is the first of six matchups between the two teams this season, which includes a three-game series beginning on July 4 in the nation’s capital. Following an off-day on Monday, the Crew opens a three-game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers to conclude the homestand. Highlights include the second Free-Shirt Friday of the season, a special Zubazpalooza ticket package, Girl Scout Night, the 11th Annual Negro Leagues Tribute Game, Greg Vaughn ’90s All-Fan Bobblehead Giveaway and Little League Night.

BCF Drive For Charity, Friday June 24 – Sunday, June 26: Brewers Community Foundation will be collecting full-size toiletry items (shampoo, toothpaste, soap bars, etc.) throughout the weekend homestand to be given to local charity Guest House. Donate or make a $5 contribution during BCF’s second Drive For Charity and receive a Jeremy Jeffress collectible pin. Items will be accepted from the time of gate opening through the second inning.

Friday, June 24 vs. Washington Nationals – 7:10 p.m.

Season Seat Holder Appreciation Day – Season Seat Holders receive 25% off food, beverage and merchandise during select games by simply presenting their Season Seat Holder ID Card. Season Seat Holders also enjoy the opportunity to enter Miller Park 30 minutes prior to the general public to watch the Brewers take batting practice. Free-Shirt Friday – All fans in attendance will receive a Brewers Ball and Glove logo T-shirt, courtesy of Hupy and Abraham. Choice of Adult M and Adult XL only.

Miller Lite Beerpen – Every Friday home game, fans 21 and older can be a part of the Miller Lite Beerpen in the right-field Loge Bleachers. Fans can buy a Loge Bleacher ticket at the regular price and receive a free Miller Lite Brewers hat. For information, visit brewers.com/beerpen.

Girl Scout Night – Girl Scout troops will enjoy specially discounted tickets and have the opportunity to participate in an on-field pregame ceremony.

Student Night – Every Friday home game, high school and college students can purchase $10 Terrace Reserved tickets and $15 Loge Bleachers tickets. They also can enjoy a happy hour at certain concession stands from the time gates open through the end of the first inning. Saturday, June 25 vs. Washington Nationals – 3:10 p.m.

Negro Leagues Tribute Game, presented by Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin – The Brewers will wear vintage Milwaukee Bears uniforms and the Washington Nationals will wear uniforms of the Homestead Grays for the 11th Annual Negro Leagues Tribute Game at Miller Park. The game is presented by Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin.

 

Sunday, June 26 vs. Washington Nationals – 1:10 p.m.

Greg Vaughn ’90s Bobblehead Giveaway & Autograph Signing – All fans in attendance will receive a Greg Vaughn ’90s Bobblehead, courtesy of Pepsi. Vaughn will throw out the ceremonial first pitch and will sign autographs at 1:10 p.m. on the Field Level concourse near the big glove in the U.S. Cellular® Power Playground behind section 108.

Kids Eat Free Sunday – Every Sunday home game, all kids 14 and under will receive a voucher upon entrance to Miller Park good for a free hot dog, apple slices, a bottle of water and an ice cream treat, courtesy of Pick ‘n Save, Blue Bunny & Heinz.

Prairie Farms Dairy Kids Base Run – Kids 16 and under can run the bases after Sunday home games, courtesy of Prairie Farms Dairy.

Major League Baseball Scott’s Pitch, Hit & Run Team Championship Competition – This spring, over 600,000 children participated nationwide in Major League Baseball’s free Pitch, Hit & Run program. Prior to Sunday’s game, the top 12 boy and girl qualifiers from Wisconsin  will compete at Miller Park in hopes of advancing to the National Finals at the 2016 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in San Diego, CA. Winners from the competition will be recognized on the field during a pre-game presentation.

Tuesday, June 28 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers – 7:10 p.m.

Baseball Card Giveaway – All fans in attendance will receive an oversized baseball card featuring Brewers infielder Scooter Gennett, plus a Topps baseball card pack, courtesy of Topps.

Little League NightLittle League Teams will enjoy specially discounted tickets and have the opportunity to participate in a pregame parade around the warning track.

Community Achievers – The Milwaukee Brewers community involvement initiative, known as the “Community Achievers Award,” recognizes residents throughout the state of Wisconsin each month during the season for displaying extraordinary efforts in their community. On Tuesday, Paul Druecke will be recognized as June’s Community Achiever. He will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game.

Play Sun Smart – The Brewers are joining Major League Baseball, all MLB Clubs, and players promoting sun safety this spring and summer through the Play Sun Smart initiative and encouraging fans about skin cancer screenings and practicing sun-safe behaviors throughout the season. In addition, USA Baseball, the National Governing Body for the sport of baseball in the United States, created an educational course about skin cancer awareness and sun safety in support of Play Sun Smart. The course is hosted by Darrell S. Rigel, MD, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist and consultant for the New York Yankees. This free course is available to coaches, players, parents, and fans nationwide through USABaseball.Education.

Rock the Ballpark – The Brewers and Summerfest have teamed up once again this year. For just $24, fans can get a Terrace Reserved ticket to the game and one Summerfest General Admission ticket, good any time during Summerfest 2016, June 29-July 3 & July 5-10. For an additional $5 per package, fans can upgrade their seats to the Loge Bleachers. The ticket package is not available for purchase on the day of the game.

RBI Athlete of the Month – Each month, an RBI (reviving baseball in the inner cities) athlete will be recognized for their dedication to academics, community involvement, leadership, reliability and monthly performance. On Wednesday, an RBI participant will be recognized as June’s RBI Athlete of the Month and will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Kids & Senior Citizens Discount Days – On most weekday afternoon home games, kids 14 and under and seniors 60+ save 50% on tickets. Excludes Labor Day, All-Inclusive Areas and Uecker Seats.
