Hank the Ballpark Pup Goes for Walk-On Role in A Christmas Carol

On Wednesday, December 9, Hank the Ballpark Pup will take to the stage with a walk-on role in a Milwaukee Repertory Theater production of Charles Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of this beloved Milwaukee holiday tradition, the Milwaukee Rep is welcoming a host of special guests to participate in a small role in the production and launching a series of events and promotions to connect with fans and families in the weeks leading up to the show’s opening and beyond.

Hank the Ballpark Pup will join the ranks of Mayor Tom Barrett, Joe Bartolotta of Bartolotta’s Restaurants, Vince Vitrano of Today’s TMJ4, and Jeff Sherman of OnMilwaukee.com and other local personalities and community leaders who will appear as townspeople in Act II of the production on various dates.

On Wednesday, December 9, the date of his acting debut, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a meet and greet with the Ballpark Pup in the lobby of the theater following the show.
