Cait’s Brewers On Deck Preview

I can’t believe we are less than 15 hours away from Brewers On Deck 2015!

You can find the schedule and list of attendees here, but as we put the finishing touches on setup, I’ve also pulled together a preview for you.

Whether you already bought your tickets and are plotting out your day, or you’re still deciding on whether or not you’re going to attend tomorrow, I hope this preview is helpful (and puts you over the edge in deciding to come!).

First, below is a map of the event at the Wisconsin Center that will help you plan your day.

Brewers On Deck Map 2015

Spend 10 Minutes: Walking through the Brewers Museum, letting your kids be a Fox Sports Wisconsin Junior Announcer or checking out the memorabilia tables.

Don’t Miss:  The winning Brewers T-Shirt Friday design reveal on the Main Stage at 10:15am.  And the Game Shows! “The Brewlywed Game” is up first on the Main Stage at 12:30pm. The Brewers take on “The Newlywed Game” will be very entertaining. New this year is “The Brewers Call to the Pen,” a Pictionary-like drawing game, which starts at 3:15pm on the Main Stage.

Best New Addition: Yes, I’m completely biased, but also very excited about the Social Media Stage this year! All day long, we’re going to have fun and games on the half hour (10:30am, 11:30am, etc.) with appearances by players who are active on Twitter and Instagram. I’ll be your host for the day and not only will we entertain you, but we’ll be looking for some audience participation, as well! Stop by!

Another great new addition is the chance to play ping pong with the Crew. Games are free and players will be at the table all day. More details can be found in your program tomorrow.

Hidden Gem: The Brewers Community Foundation live auction. They’ve got some great items up for bid at Noon at the Interactive Stage. Also, don’t miss the Bonus Autograph Stage, where autographs are free all day long!

Reminders:

  • Bring your non-perishable food items to support Hunger Task Force and new or gently-used children’s books to donate to support Next Door’s Books for Kids program.
  • Use the hashtag #BrewersOnDeck to share your photos via Twitter and Instagram and you’ll be entered to win great prizes, including a trip down Bernie Brewer’s slide, tickets and more!

See you tomorrow!
