“Loom Night” to be Held at Miller Park July 24
Fans can now treat their families to a special night out at Miller Park as “Loom Night” has been set for Thursday, July 24 when the Crew takes on the New York Mets.
In case you’re not aware, Rainbow Looms are plastic toy looms used to weave colorful rubber bands into bracelets and charms.
Rainbow Looms have become quite the phenomenon among children, roughly ages 8-14, and the Rainbow Loom was named the 2014 Toy of the Year.
It’s a popular pastime in summer camps and the like and children make and swap their rubber-band bracelets much the same way I did with “friendship bracelets” as a kid.
The Rainbow Loom was invented in 2011 by Cheong Choon Ng of Novi, Michigan, who will be onsite to highlight the evolution of the loom, unveil a new finger loom, and sign autographs that night. Rainbow Loom staff and Learning Express Toys will also be onsite to teach new bracelet designs.
Plus, all children will be able to create their own Monster Tail Rainbow Loom with Brewers-color rubber bands and the first 500 children will receive a special Hank charm.
Tickets are available in the Loge Outfield Box for $29 and Terrace Reserved for $14. For more information, click here.
