Chef’s Table for the Pirates Series

If you have ever visited Pittsburgh, you surely have heard of Primanti Brother’s and their famous sandwiches.  ”A true taste of Pittsburgh,” the sandwich is very unique.  This weekend at Miller Park, you can try one of your own as the Primanti Brother-style sandwich is the Chef’s table item of the series.

The sandwich is served on fresh, soft Italian bread and piled high with pan fried spicy Capicola and Genoa salami.  Provolone cheese, tomatoes, zesty cole slaw and–the key to the sandwich–fresh cut French Fries between the bread–finish this sandwich off.

I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.  I cannot wait to try this.

As always, this item can be found at the Chef’s Table stand between section 215 and 216 on the Loge Level at Miller Park this weekend during the Brewers-Pirates series.  The sandwich is $9.25.
