Video of Manny Parra’s Bullpen Session From Yesterday
It’s not just all prospects working out in Phoenix now. At the Brewers Training Complex at Maryvale Baseball Park, the facility operates 365-days a year working to rehab some injured Brewers players. One of those Brewers players, lefty Manny Parra, has been here since late-May working out rehabbing after missing the entire 2011 season with a back injury.
Yesterday at Maryvale, the lefty threw a bullpen session as a part of his rehab that went very well. Parra said he is anxious to get the 2012 season underway and is disappointed he missed the Brewers 2011 season. He said he feels good and as seen in the below video, he looks good as well.
Brewers fans are hoping for the best with Parra’s recovery as he could be an important piece to the Brewers pitching staff next season.
