Want to Win 2012 Season Tickets? Tell Us What You Love About Miller Park!

At the beginning of the season, we were pleased to introduce our “What Do You Love About Miller Park?” advertising campaign for 2011, which was designed to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our beloved ballpark through declarations of love.

There are so many things we love about Miller Park that it is hard to choose just one. But if you’re Ryan Braun and you have the tremendous power to hit home runs that help lead the Crew to victory, then it’s understandable why the thing he loves best is making Bernie Brewer go down his slide in left field. It’s the 10th Anniversary of Miller Park and we’re still finding new things we love about the place Ryan and the Crew call home.

All season long, we’re be celebrating our great ballpark and all of the things that make our very own Brewers experience so unique by highlighting the things that our players, fans and yes, even our mascots, love best in our print, online and outdoor ads.

And now, we want to hear from you. In the past 10 years, millions of fans have passed through the gates and many memories have been created, so we’d like to invite you to join us in an interactive contest as you tell us: What do YOU love best about the place your Brewers call home? It could your favorite memory, food, place to take in the game, or just what keeps you coming back again and again.

Just share your story here in 100 words or less, accompanied by a photo of you and family or friends at Miller Park and we’ll send one lucky winner back out to the ballpark again and again on us with two (2) 20-Game ticket packages for the 2012 season.

Other entrants are also be eligible to win great prizes, such as: four tickets to the Gehl Club for the Tuesday, August 30 game vs. St. Louis; one autographed John Axford jersey and bobblehead; one autographed Shaun Marcum jersey and ball; four tickets in the AirTran Airways Landing Zone for the Monday, September 26 game vs. Pittsburgh, or a $100 shopping spree to the Brewers Team Store by Majestic.

You’ve only  got until Friday, July 29, so get ready to fall in love all over again with Miller Park as you take a trip down memory lane and then post your entry!

I Love the fact that the Brewers play at Miller Park. Go Brewers Go!

The roof. No more rain delays. Put the tarp on . . . take the tarp off. . . gone are those days.

I would have to say that my most thrilling experience occurs every year when my family gets together for our annual Family Brew Crew Fest. Starting back in the early 80’s at County Stadium when my brother and I were born, to now at Miller Park; I love seeing new generations of family members feel the exhiliration of the Crew! Creating those memories are definately those that will last a lifetime, and most importantly the love of the Brewers is something that will always be passed through the generations. I really can’t think of a more enjoyable memory than the Brew Crew & my family.

one of my favorite memory is our “new family” took our first family trip to Miller park. My kids where in awe of it. From watching batting practice to the game. I think anther thing I love about Miller park is that no matter how many times You have been there it always feel like the first time. You always see or find something new and wowed by the whole experience.

Before you even reach the stadium, watching people on the highway with their brewer gear on smiling, and being excited. Then you see the stadium and I swear as many times as I have been there I still get chills just seeing it. Tailgaiting is an experience on its own. Whether you have just a couple people or a whole party, it is the best time to experience ever! The smells, the people you meet, and everyone is so friendly. The only downfall I have to say is not enought port-a-potties. I think that the ultimate experience of Miller Park though, is as soon as you reach the field! It is just amazing to experience this. My children have attended many games but I still remember the first time they went to a game. My daughter was shocked! They were so excited to see Prince, Ryan Braun, and everyone else playing baseball. For me, its just the experience of being in the stadium watching the game. I dont care if they win or lose, just being there is what i love!

I have never been there, but it is on my bucket list!

I like that the atmospshere is full of fun which allows for a place of first!this year was my first game with my girlfriend.which lead to 5 more games since we had so much fun!a day of tailgaiting and good baseball is always an option there rain sleet or snow!.I look forward to when I can take my son there even more now as yet another first! He wil definitely be able to say he loves miller park as well!

I’ll make this short and sweet.
I love the atmosphere of the stadium and The happiness in my childrens faces when we are there. My family is always on the go. When we get a chance we love attending the Brewer games and reconnecting as a family.

We love everything about the park but one of our favorite things isn’t a thing at all it’s the lady that gives out the tickets for the designated drivers to get a free soda! She always has a smile on her face and a great story to share. It’s sweet how she remembers us every game we go to which is only about 5 a season. We love her and think she is one of the reasons Miller Park is so awesome!

I love Miller Park because I was there for opening day, the Home run Derby, All Star Game, the playoffs and coming soon a World Series!

Whats not to love about Miller Park?! We Love all the players (especially Ryan Braun):)
Watching the game with all the excited fans!
Doing the “wave”!
No cancelled games because of the weather!
Great way to spend your day(or night)!

There is something about a baseball stadium that has it own flare. It family time, the kids, and grand kids everybody can’t wait until they get to Miller Park.
As we walk in the excitement and smells and aromas of hot dogs and food. As were walking in seeing all the people and fans looking at inside of the stadium in awe. You see all kinds of Brewer clothing walking around. I never saw a sea of blue and gold jerseys’.
The children were having great time learning and taking in things they never seen
before. The look on there faces with excitement as they get to there seats.
It is like a different world we just entered. As we sit the awesome field is just relaxing. It’s the excitement of the crowd roaring as we watch the Brewer Players come out onto the field.
The best thing the kids like is the play station. They run around with excitement.
There all excited as the sausages get ready for the race. We all take bets on who is going to win.
Well sitting high, hearing the crack of the bat, watching a fly ball home run go right in front of you and watch it land in the crowd. It doesn’t get any better then that.
And of coarse the song: “Take Me out to the Ball Game”
I think the Brewer fans are the best.
Also it awesome when Bernie take the slide down ………. My kids eyes light right up.
There is so much about the game that we love …..To much to mention.
We try and get to a game as often as we can. It is a 3 hour journey for us. But when we do get a chance were in heaven for a day.

I see great things in baseball. It’s our game – the American game. It will take our people out-of-doors, fill them with oxygen, give them a larger physical stoicism. Tend to relieve us from being a nervous, dyspeptic set. Repair these losses, and be a blessing to us. ~Walt Whitman

Thanks! Please make sure you enter the contest at brewers.com/whatilove!

My husband and I love Miller Park. We’ve had several family outings there along with him and I going alone to the Brewers games. There is nothing better than baseball and to have such a wonderful ballfield makes it all the while better. I absolutely adore the Racing Sausages , especially the Bratwurst (yes I’m German) and Bernie Brewer. The seating is comfortable and you can see everything. Bob Uecker is the Best anouncer there has ever been. Having the roof means no delay or cancellation of games. WoooHooo. The new score board, top of the line. The food and gift shops! What can I say. And best of all, our Milwaukee Brewers. Win or lose they are the best. I can’t say enough about Miller Park in 100 words or less. It would take 5 pages. I’m truly happy they built it.

If I could afford it I WOULD BE AT MILLER pARK FOR EVERY GAME. I JUST LOVE THE PLACE. I USE TO SELL TICKET AT THE OLD COUNTY STADIUM AND HAD EXCELLENT TICKDTS FOR BOTH THE PLAYOFFS AND WORLD SERIES BACK IN 1982, NOW I TRY TO GO AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. I will be an avid fan of Milwaukee Brewers till the day I die. No Matter how many games I can afford to go to i will be watching them on TV and listening to Bob Uecker on the radio. Thank you for the MILWAUKEE BREWERS!!!!
